I need to get a root canal done soon I was wondering.?
I need to get root canal done on a upper jaw front tooth I was wondering what my options are for anisthetics during the procedure and if I should epxect to miss some work after the procedure please help!

i had two root canals (at different times) and they gave me a pill to take before i came in ,,haldol..and then they gave me gas mask when i got there...felt nothing..mouth may be a little sore afterwards from just holding your mouth open for so long..but just take some ibuprophen and it will go away..i went back to work the next day..hope that helps out
