Mine didn't fully come in till my early 20's, which was quite painful while they were "growing in". Now they're gone :)
There are gone. I had surgery to get them removed.
i got mine out when i was 16.
Surgically removed before they grew in.
I have one that is only a "bit" of one. I am 25 got it a couple years ago, just haven't been bothered by it toget it out!.
My sisters were up toward her nasal cavities and she needs surgery to remove them ...basically they are going the wrong way!
yeah, and they suck! my mom swore i was too young to have wisdom teeth when they started coming in around age 14. therefore, i had to deal with the severely uncomfortable pain of teething for four years. i didn't end up having them taken out until last fall at age 18. my dentist hadn't been taking xrays like she was supposed to, so she never said anything about them. when the situation was finally discussed last year, the oral specialist i went to see said i needed them removed within the month. they got so bad that i was sick from it. mine would have never grown in on their own because my mouth was too small for them and they were all stuck on my jaw bone. you are lucky!!
Yeah you are lucky. I got mine my jr year of HS. If memory serves I was 17 at the time. I had ALL 4 extracted ( surgically removed) the SAME DAY. I was in pain for a week and I couldn't really eat much other than ramen noodles, squash, mashed potatoes, pudding, and jello for the first 3 days. Be glad you don't have to go through that!!!
Yep, I got 'em. They were impacted, so I has surgery to remove them. Glad they're gone. :)
yup 4 of them they had to put me under and cut them out.
