The best thing to do would be to buy a new one, but if that is not an option then put it in boiling water for about 5 minutes.

Soak it in a mouth rinse that contains a lot of alcohol. It won't kill everything, but it'll get pretty close to clean, and it will taste minty.
Buy another tooth brush they are like 3 or 4 dollars...or get one on E-bay...LOL>>>> Just go to a pharmacy GOSH
Run it under hot water ,then Put it in the mirco wave for about 45 seconds to one minute....and then rinse it in peroxide....It will disinfect it until you can by a new one....It just depends on what it got into to best kill the germs...the mircowave will kill any germs pretty much....
