Scratching(?) my teeth with each other...?!
Question: I am not sure which word to use but people tell me that I scratch (or rub?) my teeth against each other (ALOT) while I am asleep. It sometimes causes disturbance to many people because it gets loud. I was wondering what might cause it and how to get rid of it.

The "technical" term is bruxation or "tooth-bruxing". This can be caused by many things, including stress. If you go to the dentist, they'll make you a soft mouth-guard to wear in your sleep. I have one and it's not a big deal; but if you wait, you can start chipping teeth; not to mention that some find the sound of grinding and popping to be aggravating.
It's called "grinding". Some dentists give you these gel things to put in your mouth before you go to bed.
it called 'Grinding.' My dad and I used to do this. You need to go to your dentist. :D
