What can you eat with braces??
I know the ortho says not to eat chips like doritos and nachos but they are a big weakness for me and I don't think I can go two years without having them -- I have known a few people who have had braces and they ate whatever they wanted.

To tell you the truth, as long as you chew more with the bottom of your teeth and a little further from the bracket. Doritos and nachos might get stuck between your brackets if you're not careful so carry a tooth pick to dislodge it so your teeth don't decay. I have braces and i eat anything that's not hard (meaning not ice or pens) hope this helps!
