Does anyone have a remedy for getting rid of cold sores? I have two right now on my gums; they're killing me!

L-Lysine works wonders, clears them up pretty quickly. You can find it in any drugstore / supermarket vitamin aisle. Take two in a.m. and in p.m. for a few days, you should start feeling better by the next day.
