What should one not eat or drink before going to see a dentist?!

Question: I have a dentist appointment for clean up in hours... Thought of having peanut butter and jelly on toast. But also afraid that the peanut butter would stick between the teeth too much... LOL... So I have this question in mind.

Be kind to your hygienist and don't eat onions and garlic :) Eat whatever you want that isn't powerfully odorous and then brush and floss.

I always brush before the dentist. Regardless of what I eat.

Do not eat sardines followed with a lemon clam juice.

garlic and thats it- but oreos need to be brushed out and no sticky sugars-doesn't mean pb&j though

i always brush my teeth before going to the dentist

obviously brush before you go. I would not eat anything that could "clog" your teeth.

Just clean your teeth with toothpaste and rinse your mouth. If you also want to be social, don't eat garlic. Life is change, just don't overdo it :)
