How to treat TMJ, lock jaw, or a snapping jaw?
A while ago my ex-boyfriend gave me a face massage. Since that massage my jaw is not opening properly. IT kinda makes a weird snap or crack kinda noise that I hear. It just doesnt feel right. Whenever I go to the dentist he says that he doesn't hear anything. How can I fix this probelm , or treat it? and What do I have? lock jaw? TMJ? do I just need a massage or is this serious? It acts up when I eat really hard to eat foods like peanut brittle or something extremely chewy that takes more effort to break down. please help. thanx.
