yes they do.. you will see a difference the first time you use them usually.. I actually have a set on right now haha.. just make sure you open your mouth and let your teeth dry sort of.. that way when you put them on they dont slide off from the saliva and then they will stay on after to.. i love them they are the best.. just make sure you only leave them on for the time it says or it could really hurt your teeth i did once and i left it on over night and i couldn't drink or eat anything all day because it sent shooting pain right up my teeth

They work but you got to understand the consequences in using them. You apply the strip which basically takes off a layer of your enamel. Your body doesn't reproduce the enamel of your teeth at fast rate, but at a very VERY slow rate so once a layer is gone, its basically gone. That is how your teeth is so white again. That top layer of enamel which was minorly stained from all the food, wear and tear, etc. is stripped and the layer underneath is shown. Thats why the girl that responded first said she felt pain. It stripped away ALOT of enamel allowing major sensitivity. Do yourself a favor and skip the strips.
