Answers:
As a dentist I can tell you that this definitely sounds like the symptoms of a cavity. One of the first and most prevalent signs of a cavity is sensitivity to sweets. PLEASE see your regular dentist as soon as possible for x-rays and an exam. Your dentist will then be able to diagnosis and begin treatment on your problems. Good luck and of course try to avoid eating sweets and drinking soda full of sugar when at all possible.
