Baking soda whitening mix?!

Question: I've seen a few answers on teeth whitening saying that baking soda helps.. can I use this on braces or will it dissolve the glue?

also, do crest white strips take the enamel off your teeth?

It will not really make a difference for whitening teeth. Whitening strips work great, but don't use the with braces, when you get your braces off, half of them will be white and where the brackets are will not be as white. Its best to do it after the braces.
