It's called Gingivitis, also known as Gum Disease. This isn't normal, your gums are not suppost to bleed at all.
It's really preventable at this stage, all you have to do is brush and floss, I cannot stress this enough. Flossing is very important! Floss and brush 2-3 times a day, and your gums will stop bleeding. If you don't, your Gum Disease will progress into periondal disease, which has been linked to heart attack and stroke.
Sometimes, like me, if your gums are prone to this, you may need to see a periodontist for monthly gum cleanings.
it ether means you are not brushing your teeth enough by the gums when you brush or you r brushing to hard but you can provent it by flossing too
maybe ur brushing to hard?
