My son got his braces in December and I noticed within four weeks that his teeth were moving. I think how soon you can tell depends on how far the teeth have to move. The teeth that are noticably out of place are the ones you will notice right away.

everyone's different. even tho u get pain right away u dont see any difference till a month or so
