What are the white splotches on my teeth?
i am suddenly getting some white splotches on my two front teeth and another one on the one beside it. how are these caused? and why do i just suddenly have them???? and how do i get rid of them?

Are the white splotches in the middle of the tooth or up around the gumline? When you don't brush well along the gumline, plaque forms there and it leaches the good enamel from the tooth. This is called demineralization. It can be the start of a cavity. Or the teeth have become dehydrated. Do you notice it in the mornings? You may sleep with your mouth open at night and then the teeth become dried out. Drink more water.
