Question: i brush alot with Crest Whitening and wash my mouth with scope whitening but i see no results

I've been told the Crest Teeth Whitening Strips work, but they're expensive and not EVERYONE say that they work. So I'm not so sure.
Flossing definitely helps and make sure you brush throughly every single tooth. Maybe you can try switching toothpaste, perhaps Colgate.
I feel that using an electronic toothbrush is much more efficient in keeping teeth white,
hydrogen peroxide. don't swallow it.
Getting bleach trays from your dentist..fastest more effecient..They can be spendy, but in the long run, you can have your self a pair after buying all thoes boxes of crest whitening strips
Baking Soda... Best way to do it, nasty as hell but if you really want it that bad, do that...
They have over the counter kits you can buy. They are usually about 15-30 bucks. They say this last about a few weeks. The best results are the dentist. They have something called zoom for like 500-800 dollars.
