Crest Whitestrips work just fine. Very little side effects and do a great job of whitening. We usually recommend whitening one arch at a time (usually the upper teeth first) so you can compare shade changes of what you originally started out at. You should not whiten teeth continually, once the prescribed amount is finished, give your teeth a 6 month break in between whitenings. If you don't feel they have whitened white enough, one more round is okay one time only, but don't over-do it, too much will cause a lot of problems. Be aware of any changes in sensitivity to hot or cold. If that occurs stop the white strips immediately, also there are published reports out now by the FDA that show that whitening products cause teeth to fracture easier.
