Nothing will cure the cavity. There are home remidies to ease the aching.
Dental cavities are holes in the two outer layers of the tooth called the enamel and the dentin. The enamel is the outermost white hard surface and the dentin is the yellow layer just beneath the enamel.
Certain bacteria in the mouth that convert simple sugars to acid causing dental cavities. This acid softens and dissolves the enamel and dentin creating cavities. Once these layes are "eaten through" they will not grown back. If left untreated, a cavity can destroy your tooth and cause infection in the tooth.
Destroyed tooth structure does not fully regenerate, although remineralization of very small carious lesions may occur if dental hygiene is kept at optimal level.[1] For the small lesions, topical fluoride is sometimes used to encourage remineralization. Although the use of floride is HIGHLY questionable.
Xylitol is a "toothfriendly" sugar. In addition to not encouraging tooth decay (by replacing dietary sugars), xylitol may actively aid in repairing minor cavities caused by dental caries.
You can also go to the store and they have "temporary filling" material. It is almost liike gum. Just make sure the cavity is clean before applying it.
Short Answer: You should really see the dentist. As you will be in even more trouble if left untreated and it becomes infected.

Nothing will make your cavity "grow back" I'm afraid. The best idea would be to get it filled at a dentist or else plaque will get stuck there and decay will continue making the situation worse.

As for your parents I don't know what to do about that. They might be angry initially but its better than putting it off then giving them an even more expensive bill a few months down the line.

First of all, cavities are not your fault. They are a natural phenomenon and most people get at least one in their lifetime. Now, if you already have a cavity, there are NO home remedies. The smartest thing you can do is go to the dentist as soon as possible, before the tooth deteriorates. If the cavity is small right now, you will only need a small filling to fix it. If you want to prevent cavities, good dental hygiene is your best bet. Brush twice daily and floss regularly, eat plenty of veggies, drink milk and avoid sugary and carbonated drinks.

First you should not hide it. Everyone gets cavities eventually. If you are in pain and need a temp solution get a tooth repair kit in the toothbrush section. It will have clove oil for pain and dent temp temporary fillings. These are not permanent fixes, just stop gaps until you can see a dentist. Do it soon!

Having a cavity is not your fault. If you are afraid to tell your mom and dad...then ask your friends mom what you should do. If that doesn't seem like an option.. I'm sure there is some adult that you trust. Take this problem to them and allow them to share in the solution. Grown ups are much better at handling things than you are..(that's how they got the name "grown ups" ?!) Bottom line...your tooth is not going to get better...it will get worse, much worse. If there is an infection, you mouth is the most dangerous place for an infection to be. That infection can get into your blood stream and make you very, very sick..or a bad infection could kill you. If you are afraid of the dentist and don't want to tell you parents about your tooth because they will "make" you go...?? Going to the dentist does not hurt!! Period!
It just plain doesn't. It might be a little uncomfortable ...but how is your tooth feeling...do you like that pain? Take charge of this...it's YOUR tooth...get it fixed! good luck...?
