Question: by mouth sores i mean the holes that be showing up like on the back of the bottom lip, that hurt when you eat something, like ketchup. Im not talkin about the sores outside, but the sores inside... what are those, why do they show up

It sounds like you are talking about apthus ulcers or canker sores. They usually appear when you are under stress, your resistance is low or from eating foods that are very acidic. It really depends on the exact type of "sore" which can only be diagnosed by a dentist or oral surgeon. Many of these go away within ten days and putting some orabase or another type of over the counter gel can reduce the pain associated with them.
I chew my lips alot, without even thinking about it. This might be one of the reasons for the lesions.
