get her to go to a doctor, sometimes if the soft palate is blocking her air entry she may drool.

You can't really prevent it. It just happens. Some people just drool in their sleep. Maybe put some duct tape over her mouth.. but I'm guessing you'd rather not do that
hmm you could use a sock lol or just not drink any thing before bed
before sleep just she should close her eyes and feel that she is not doing so, continue for few days, u will find the change.
but this should be done seriously.not bringing other thoughts during that period.
Check she is breathing ok through her Nose is she on her Back or Side ?

cure it by getting over it. She's your wife, we are all vulnerable when we sleep and its not actually harming anyone. Don't judge that.
You probably do disgusting things that she has to put up with. Find a way to accept it.
