how do u kno its comming? and if so, how do i kno i dont have to get it pulled? cause im too scared to.

Sometimes you can look and see them coming up through the gums, or you can even feel them. You will really know when the pain hits. If your wisdom teeth have already grown in, and they don't bother you at all, then you don't have to pull them. The pain from mine growing in was one of the worst pains I ever felt in my life. I had to get them taken out before they could even full sprout. My problem was that with all my teeth already in, my jaws were just too crowded for any more teeth. When I had this procedure done (over 10 years ago), the doctor just cut my gum, broke the teeth in two (because they were so big) and pulled them. He pulled all 4 within 30 minutes, and I was up for the whole thing. The most important part was to get the pain meds the dentist prescribed, and taking them when I was supposed to. If you need to take yours out, it will be just fine. If they are really hurting, the pain will outweigh the fear any day. I haven't had a problem with my mouth since.
