My teeth are achy and i don't know why?!

Question: they feel soft like as if i just got braces or something. i used to have braces forever ago so i know that soft, sensitive feeling. but i don't know why my teeth feel like this right now. i didn't just wear a retainer or anything. so i've had no appliances in my mouth. what could be making my teeth feel this way??

You may be experiencing some early symptoms of a small gum disease. A lot of people tend to confuse the ache of early gum disease for that of just sore teeth.

Go and brush your teeth along the gum line (try the front bottom teeth first, as they are usually where this can start due to the constant resting of bacteria filled saliva in that area) and if your gums start to bleed with a little pressure, then you should probably go seek a dental hygienist to get a scale and clean done on what could be unnoticed calculus build up around and just below the gumline.

THEORY 2:

Have you been suffering from more stress than usual lately?
Most people that suffer from periodical stress from just everyday life, but at times slightly more usual than normal, can actually suffer from severe grinding of the teeth when sleeping. This can actually cause the gums under the teeth to become inflamed which in turn can temporarily soften the gums themselves causing your teeth to feel almost like they are floating when biting with them. This can be quite painful, However, if this is actually what is happening then it should be treatable with just OTC Ibuprofen 200mg tablets (Between 3-4 tablets every 6-8 hrs for 24 tablets). Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory and pain killer to boot, which should clear it up within 12-24 hrs or so.

I think i get the same feeling as you, normally i would just do a whole work out on my teeth if they are by brushing rinsing, flossing etc etc thoroughly...it normally feels better after that or you should try rinsing with warm salt water it helps achy teeth and gums sometimes

Clove oil:Is great to use for toothaches. Apply a little on the affected tooth for some time and then rinse with warm water. Boil 5 grams of fresh peppermint in 1 cup water with a little salt. And rinse mouth well with this .Peppermint is an antiseptic and contains menthol which relives pain .Try out http://useinfo-dentalcare.blogspot.com/ for more details.
