Yellowish teeth?
How can i whiten my teeth? I clean for 5 mins twice a day! I think the problem lies with there being either too much or too less enamel. My dentist hasn't mentioned anything and I rarely have tooth extractions or fillings so i think my teeth are perfectly healthly, the problem is that they don't look so good. It may be of importance that for a couple of years I cleaned my teeth little, and I've been cleaning correctly for about a 2 years now! What should I do?

Like Kimberley said, use some sort of peroxide to whiten the teeth. If you smoke, stop!!! I used to smoke and by every check up (6 months) I really needed the cleaning. Now I have noticed a dramatic difference in how long they stay white. Also, not everyone has naturally pure white teeth!!! Take for instance the movie stars, they get laminates put on their teeth to make them look pure sparkling white and they really aren't that white! You may also want to use a whitening toothpaste once you get your teeth the shade of white you want, as you don't want to constantly use peroxide and teeth strips because they are hard on the enamel; they are for temporary use.
