it could be gum disease or it is ecess acidity in body. do you drink alot? do you smoke alot? do you have alot of hot food like indian curries with peppers and chillies etc? you are probably not having enough water to drink. u prob have too much acidity in stomach. do u have constipation? they are all causes of ecess acidity. this will then affect bones, teeth, gums etc. the acid attacks them and erodes them sooner or later and then rhumatism caused. that way, u will start having loose teeth and bones ache. Sort out the fundamental bit, the stomach acid. u need to have lots of water and fruit juices. less meat. no smoking or drinking. lots of fruit specially pineapple juices and pineapple. u can get them in tins too. tomato juice and prune juice good for constipations and so is fibrous food like whole wheat rice and bread. you will see difference if u sort out your diet. If you put good in, you will see diffrence outside too including skin etc. u need to detoxify frm system, and drink lots of water. fluid does not mean tea/coffee as them 2 dehydrate. fluids HYDRATE. so them 2 arnt counted. good luck and let me know how it goes. u wont need dental floss and the lot. belive me.

You could have a dental problem. I would go to the dentist.

Do you eat lots of spicy food?

This might be a major influence in the problem so try to cut down on ginger, garlic, onions, and other spices.

this may sound daft but do you brush your tongue? The bacteria sometimes builds up there - it worked for my husband and was a tip from a dentist!

if you are using a alcohol based mouth wash this may be what's causing (masking) the problem. I use a mouthwash from Oxyfresh, it has oxygene in it which kills the bacteria that lives in your mouth rather then dry out your mouth and cover the smell like alcohol based rinses. Also it does not burn the mouth because it has no alcohol in it.

Do 3 things, use tongue scraper, then brush then use the oxyfresh rinse. I use the fresh mint flavor.

Are you using a tongue scraper or brushing your tongue?
If not, try it out for a few days.
If you are then you might have Halitosis.

Must have a problem with your digestion, or an overgrowth of nasty bacteria in your mouth, a rotten tooth??? Go to the dentist/doctor.
