How Can I keep my teeth straight???

I lost my bottom retainer 2 days ago and I cant find it anywhere!!!!! and my teeth are already starting to change......... any tips to keep them straight????? AND MY DENTIST IS CLOSED FOR THE WEEK AND I LEAVE TOWN FOR ENGLAND ON WEDNESDAY!!!!! any tips???


Answers:

Any kind of mouthpiece will do. For now go to a store and get a soft mouthpiece there. (Something like football players wear.) Wear it at night when you sleep and this should hold your teeth in place until you get back to get another retainer.
