don't use anything at home. baking soda is an abrasive sure it will take the stains off but it is like using sand paper on you teeth. it removes the stains by scratching away the enamel. enamel does not grow back so once it is gone it is gone and your teeth may get sensitive,
household bleach and peroxide will make your teeth terribly sensitive.
