Is the effectiveness of mouth wash overstated?
think about it,
sure it may kill 99 % of the germs immediately, but the second you swallow or move your tongue around, the germs from the back of your throat return to your mouth immediately.
they work for fresh breath for a little whilte as they mask your natural breath smell, but in terms of killing germs, i think they're quite misleading.
