Does Invisalign really work?!

Question: how well does invisalign work? i dont have ugly teeth at all they are mostly straight but i want them to be perfect. everyone tells me i do not need braces at all. I do have inperfections that i want to improve. how well does invisalign work? is it faast? know that my teeth are almost perfect how long do you think i would have to have them for? most importantly how much it is?
