If I put baking soda on my teeth will it whiten them?!

Question: if so, how do I do it, how often do I need to, and how long will it last?

Answers: if so, how do I do it, how often do I need to, and how long will it last?

Yes it will.
Just wet your toothbrush with water, dip toothbrush in baking soda and brush your teeth with it. Don't put water on the toothbrush after dipping it in baking soda because it will dissolve.
Rinse.
Use regular toothpaste and brush your teeth again to get the taste out.
It doesn't take long depending on how white your teeth already are.
It will last as long as anything else, depends on what you're doing to stain your teeth. The stains will keep coming back if your still using things to stain them.
But the baking soda if you keep using it will keep your teeth white once you get them white the first time.
I used it every day for a few weeks, or until my teeth are white, then I don't start using it again until I notice the shade of my teeth begin to turn a little then I just keep them maintained a necessary once maybe twice a week.

You can brush your teeth with baking soda and it will remove surface stains, but because of the grit, you also risk removing the enamel. Only do it once a week or so.

is slightly effective the bicarbonate for whitened of teeth is better a professional cleanliness and a blanqueamiento with laser is mas effective
