Besides a medical exam, I want my employees to have proof of good Oral Hygiene. !
Question:
Besides a medical exam, I want my employees to have proof of good Oral Hygiene. How do I go about this?
If a prospective employee can go to the doctor to get a medical exam, can that same person go to a dentist to show they practice good oral hygiene? I want to create a form that a dentist can sign-off stating that the prospective employee has passed. Could a regular doctor just look in someone's mouth and make that judgement call without being a dentist? Is this going to be a problem to have a dentist or doctor certify this?
I am guessing if the person sees a dentist at least once a year, a form maybe describing that the denstist signs off that the prospective employee has seen them in the past year should be good enough. Therefore, I am not discriminating against hygiene per say.
Please DO NOT answer the question unless you have intentions on answering the question. Also, I want some helpful answers to this question. Not some accusations on me being discriminatory or asking me why i would want to do this. Thanks in advance!

Question:
What would the cost of one of these exams cost to my employee? Ballpark.
Answers:
You probably could make up a form to have filled out. But it would have to be filled out by a dentist or a hygienist and not just a MD.
you don't go to a dentist for a physical
Employee's may be more accepting of this if you pay for the exam.
