cemented it on whats the name of that.
It did not hurt at all except for these things they stuck between my back teeth that were metal (I took one out because it kept poking me in the gums and hurt) but they all hurt.
Do the rules apply yet or can I eat anything?
Will the next meeting hurt what will they do (important) Will it be longer because this was only like 20-30 minutes

It sounds like they placed the brackets on your front teeth and have metal spacers (little metal rings) in between your back teeth. If you removed one of the spacers you need to let the orthodontist know, this may need to be placed again. It's for your own comfort; they are making space so the bands will slip on rather than having to be forced on. Never remove anything unless the orthodontist says you can, which will never happen.
Next appointment will be for the final placement of the bands and arch wires and elastics, if there is room for the bands. It will probably be an hour long appointment.
Yes, the eating rules apply now. Nothing hard to bite into, sticky, gum, candy or any of the other things you love, but know you can't because of your braces.
