Scared of dentist?
help. i am old enough but everytime i go to a dentist i am soo scared. its painful and i do realize that it may be more in my head yet i am still soo scared to go to the dentist. i have an appt tomorrow... please help!

You will be fine. Try going to your future dental appointments in the morning (some individuals tend to be a bit more relaxed during the am). Try bringing some music to listen to so you don't have to listen to the drill or the scraping of teeth.
