Contact your regular dentist as soon as possible regarding your toothache as he/she will be able to get in touch with your OB-GYN to discuss treatment options. If your dentist is not available over the weekend then you might consider visiting your local ER, if a tooth gets an abscess (infection) then you will need to be started on antibiotic therapy immediately.
