is there anyway i can speed up the process of the numbing cream wearing off and what are some things i can do to calm my teeth...

Answers:
There is nothing you can really do to have the numbing wear off any quicker. Your teeth being sore is normal but if you feel like you are hitting that tooth first when you bite down then you will need to go back and have them adjust it. If you don't then that will make them very sore because you are putting all of your pressure on those teeth. New fillings are sometimes sensitive to cold but that should go away in a few days. If they start becoming sensitive to hot, cold, or you have a throbbing pain then the decay could have been too deep which means the nerve of the tooth has gotten infected and you will need to have a root canal in order to keep the tooth.
