Retainer help??!

Retainer help??

I know there's been many simular questions to this on here before.. but I need reinforcement...

I was told about three months ago to 'wear my top retainer at night and my bottom one day and night- give or take a day'. I followed this very strictly until about three weeks ago when I started wearing them just every other night or so. I just recently noticed that one top and one bottom tooth has shifted slightly. My retainers still fit PERFECTLY, they're not the slightest tight or uncomfotable. About three days ago I started wearing them both nonstop. If I do this, will my teeth turn out okay? (Like will they eventually shift back to where they were- since they didn't move much anyway?)

If your retainers fit fine, but your teeth have moved, then your retainer may be too loose. If you use your tongue to pop it out, that will loosen it so just make sure your using your fingers to take them out. Maybe see about having it tightened. That should move them back.
