I have had them for 2 years and they have saved me alot of money on all my dental work and root canal(s).
I signed up online and my benefits were active in 2 hours. You will not pay the dentist price, I could almost promise that with all the work I have had done.
Good Luck.

it depends on the tooth and the zip code that the dentist is in and the office price and if the dentist is a specialist vs a general dentist. a front tooth avg 400 - 800. and a molar can range between 800 - 1200. Some offices, will help you finance your care.

The process itself should not be painful since you'll be numb, but the tooth can be sore and have tenderness for a few days afterwards.

USA root canals go for anywhere from $800 - $1500. You also need to add the cost of a crown in most cases which is an additional $800 -$1200. Typical cost without insurance is $2,000 per tooth for both. There are ways to reduce that cost. The obvious one is through insurance if you already have it. The less known way is through one of the discount dental plans available nationwide. These will save you $30-60% on the root canal procedure.

also IT DOES HURT ALOT!! but during the treatment you cant feel anything because they numb the side of your tooth. im not trying to scare you but its really bad, i had it done and it feels weird and its kind of disgusting because the blood. It depends on if you want to be entirely put to sleep or they could just num the side that they are going to work in. you get to see everything they're doing to you yuuck. it hurts after the treatment is done and after the numbness goes away but you can always drink advil to ease the pain.

I had a root canal because I was already misssing a few teeth and was strongly advised by my orthodontist to have it done because I couldnt afford to lose anymore teeth. I have insurance but without it it would have cost around $700. In addition to that you have to have to have the tooth built up and post put in where the roots were by either your endodontist or your regular dentist as well as a crown which cost around another $400.00. I live in Florida , I think the cost is determined a lot by what part of the country you live in, what your dentist charges etc. A lot of people I know chose to have the tooth pulled as opposed to having a root canal due to the cost, time etc. It depends where the tooth is its in the back of your mouth or where it would be noticeable or make it more difficult to eat etc. I heard a lot of horror stories about root canals as far as pain, personally I had a great endodontist and didnt even feel the needle used do deaden the area and no pain what so ever afterward. I was lucky but really it was no worse than having an extraction. Most dentist will encourage you to preserve any natural teeth if its possible to save them. As far as payment plans I dont really know there is something called Care Credit that some dentist have available that allow you to make payments with little interest, you might want to check that out. Good Luck
