Co-codamol If you look it up on the web it will give you all the info you need. Also try a hot flannel held against your sore jaw

Codeine, I had that after I got my wisdom tooth out...lovely stuff.

co-codamol

Ask at the chemist, i think its cocodamol or somthing like that

u dont need them. try the NEW ERA range from Boots or Holland & Barrats. Theres one called R i think and its for toothache. the painkillers will make u have other symptoms. have theses natural ones. also, try the CALC PHOS and CALC FLUR one. they are specially for bones and teeth. then make sure u applie the tablet to the tooth. it will dissolve. dont take in excess tho coz if you do not have enough water or fruit juices, it will cause heat in the body.

anything with codine in nurofen plus has it in works for toothache

I doubt that you're going to find an 'over the counter' pain killer that will touch that sort of pain. The best person to advise you though will be the pharmacist at the night chemist - very knowledgeable and usually most helpful. Or try ringing the local health centre again and speaking to the duty doctor. Wishing you a good night's sleep!

Try tylex

Call the dentist immediately. He should have given you some pain medication before you left. He should have an answering service who will contact him and he can call a prescription in for you. Take care....

You need an opiate, Vicodin or Percodan. Vicodin is codeine and Tylenol mixed together. The Tylenol is more dangerous than the codeine. Doctors are reluctant to prescribe it because they don't want t get on a government list. Tell the doctor you have taken ten aspirin. He will get nervous about malpractice and give you what you need.

Co-codomol. You can get it in Boots or most pharmacies over the counter. It contains paracetomol and codeine, which is a slightly stronger painkiller than the mild analgesics like aspirin and para.

Ask the pharmacist there what is best, but you shouldn't really be in that much pain that you cannot function. Think about going to he Local emergency department at your hospital if it is that bad.

nurofen is the best for tooth ache your dentist should of given them to u along with antibiotics

5 years ago I experimented with half a dozen painkillers- leftovers from previous ailments- and oldfashioned aspirin was definitely the best particularly when taken with caffein. It tends to irritate the stomach- but better than t-ache and you wont be taking them long. Report your doctor, he is useless.

cocodamol should do then tell your gp about the pain
