Braces in two months....Kinda need help!?!?

Is there anything that i should avoid doing before going to the dentist to get them on.....?


Answers:

ive got braces now and they use this stuff that cleans ur teeth really well so i wouldnt worry about anything my orthodontist even let me brush my teeeth first so DONT STRESS over it
