Just got Crest Whitestrips, what can I eat after each strip?
It's premium, I was wondering how long I should wait until eating something, and what types of food should I eat? Also, I rinse with mouthwash after every meal so is there some kind of gel or something I might be rubbing off if I do that?

You can eat but what you eat/drink does matter. Mainly the things to avoid are things like blueberries or red wine as the pigment in the food/drinks will attach to the enamel until it gets a coating re-established. This is called the pelical layer and will protect your teeth once formed. This can take a few hours but it's best to wait until a few days after you finish your strips bf you start with the staining foods. If you do eat something and notice the color of your teeth darkens- you can either brush it off or once you put a new strip on it will take it right back off.
The gel is to be removed with the strip so mouthwash won't hurt other than the color as mentioned above.
