Question: When I sleep I always grind my teeth together, so now they have rough edges from all the chipping, and they are becoming transparent at the bottom because they are getting wasted away! What should I do?

Get yourself a nightguard. It a plastic thing that forms to your teeth and absorbs the shock of grinding your teeth. They cost about 37$ in pharmacies as opposed to 400$ in a dentists office (in Canada, anyways).
get a night mouth guard
there usual is a reason for people doing this i started snoring since i started my work and i don't know whats going on OK so you should really go to your dentist to see what damage is done as they shouldn't become transparent..x
