Really Bad Toothache, plz help me!!?

its like 17 mins past 12 i hve to be up for work at half 5 and ive got really bad toothache the pain is so unbelievable, does anyone know what will soothe the pain until i go to the dentis please help i need to go to sleep!

I dont have a weat pack, n i dnt hve any good strong medication i can take now for it, plz help mre :(

First off, as a dentist myself I would advise you seeing your regular dentist or taking a trip to your local ER immediately as you possibly have an abscessed tooth that will require antibiotics to help fight infection. Until you can see your dentist, my best advice is to take Motrin or Advil and use a cold compress to help relieve pain, do not use heat as if you do have an infection this can cause the pain to worsen and possibly cause the infection to spread which can have very serious and sometimes fatal complications if not taken care of.
