Question about labret piercings? HELP!!?
Okay, so I have the money, and I think I know a good place to go, but I'm wondering:
Will it cause any damage to my teeth/gums? (They need work done.. They need to be straightened, pulled, and I have extra teeth that need to be moved/removed.)
And, I'm very prone to infection. But I want it SO bad!
Also.. I want to know how badly it hurts? My pain tolerence is quite high as long as its not muscle pain. What does it feel like? Like, can you compare it to something?

You have the money for the piercing but maybe not for the damage it will do to your teeth and gums. The ball on the inside of your lip will constantly tap your teeth and will pull on the gums where they attach to the roots of your teeth. You also mention your prone to infection. This is a very vascular area to pierce and the bacteria in your mouth will bath it so once again be careful. Regarding pain- find a cool dentist that can inject a little anesthetic inside your lip and your numb for hours.
