Question about BRACES and RETAINERS?

i am getting my braces off on June 18th!!! :) FINALLY! lol, ok, so does getting them off hurt or feel weird?
also, do retainers hurt or feel weird?

it feels really wierd because you can like feel the smoothness of your teeth, but it doesnt hurt but make sure you go to the dentist IMMEDIATELY and get some kind of tooth enamel strengthener on you molars when the big metal bands are because i now have cavities on all 4 of mine and i never had a cavity before i had braces.... and retainers only hurt if you forget to wear them for a while and then try to put it back in... good luck and congrats and pretty new teeth
