Do i really have to wear headgear?!
Question: my friggin orthodontist gave me head gear on Jan 3rd. its now February 22 i think and i have an appointment on March 3rd and i havent worn it once. THEY ALSO SAID THEY WOULD TIE IT TO MY HEAD IF I DIDNT. GIVE ME SOME GOOD REASONS THEY COULDNT TIE IT ON MY HEAD TO MAKE ME FEEL BETTER. PLEASE :)

ummm i had headgear and i to didnt wear it once.
umm if urs is a 24 7 thing ask if u can just wear it at night thats how mine was i just didnt like it so they gave me bands on my braces cause i lied and said i was wearing it and so appearntly it wasnt doing anything my mom even lied for me!! lmao great times but yea if u HAVE to wear it ask if u can just wear it at night the reason might have something to do with it mine was to fix my big ol overbite =D

I just had a cold and i had this huge headache and couldnt breathe out of my nose. It might have been the flu. When you get there make up a good lie. Hows that? I'm a pro with this but i just got my braces off.
head gear sucks....i never wore and i had to get braces again, when i wasn't supposed to. my recommendation is to wear it and get over how crazy it looks
