How can I keep my teeth straight????

I lost my bottom retainer 2 days ago and I cant find it anywhere!!!!! and my teeth are already starting to change......... any tips to keep them straight?????


Answers:

The only tip is to go back to the orthodontist and get a new retainer made. It will probaly will not be free. But that is the only way your teeth will stay straight.
