Yikes. Bubblegum! Don't eat bubblegum! It'll stick in all the places! Don't eat food that are too hard too cause it can damage the braces.

nothing sticky nothing hard... lol

An apple.

i have braces and i eat whatever i want ! although bubblegum does get stuck in my braces i still chew it ! my favorite candy jolly ranchers i still eat em ! but i dont chew the jolly ranchers i just let them dissolve in my mouth ! you can eat an apple it will get stuck in your braces though . eat whatever you want to ! but if you think it will harm your braces cut it up into small pieces ! or you can take a risk by just eating it ! lol !

i have braces and im not suppose to eat:popcorn (i found out why the hard way lol) really sticky foods like carmel...dont chew on ice cubes...gum (i chew it anyway cause its sugarless)...corn on the cob....if you want an apple cut it into chunks....bascially nothing really sticky or hard =)

so i had braces for a pretty long time
they usualy give u a paper at least they did for me
they say u cant eat things like gum or really sticky candy... basicaly candy in general, Apples, corn on the cob anything in the relation to those i mean if u wanna chew bubble gum go for it but dont chew gum like double bubble and stuff go for like orbit or something

but i never obeyed the rules and my braces never came lose
