Yes these tooth are permanent but they're not that loose.only a little bit loose.I have braces and my dentist is also an orthodontist. She just said not to bite food on it but its still loose. I was hoping to find an answer that will hasten my recovery if it will still recover

Answers:

If your teeth are in braces already they tend to be a little, and I stress a little loose anyway because of what the braces do. Most of the time if someone gets clobbered while wearing braces, braces act like a stabilizer, so another words, having the braces on may have saved you from having any of those teeth knocked out. Lower anterior teeth have small roots and will take time to settle in. Milk is only helpful in the formation of teeth, and there are incidents that if a tooth is knocked out, patients are told to put it in a container of milk until they reach their dental office (same day) this buys some time to hopefully preserve the tooth and be placed back in the socket.
Your dentist is correct.
If you had no braces your dentist could splint the teeth together for added strength until they get more stable. Your dentist may want to keep an eye on these teeth to make sure that somewhere down the road they don't abscess. Teeth can abscess due to trauma as well as decay.
Sorry, I know you didn't want to hear that, but it is better to be prepared and keep an eye on things
