I had something like that which I left for years. Bad move. I still have the (discoloured pinned) tooth.

The longer you leave it the more the dentist does to you. That's what I find anyway.

hi
this could be staining due to what youve drank, if your concerned go to the dentist and have a check up.

it may be a small cavity-go to the dentist and see. if it is it needs to be fixed before it gets bigger and really starts to hurt

scrape it off with one of those plaque scrapers

i think u must, this might be the beginning 4 a big thing

It's decay. Go to your dentist for a check-up. If it is on your wisdom teeth, have them removed. You don't need them.

It's real serious. Such a cave on a tooth traps food. The result will be decay all the way to the soft center of the tooth and then an absess in only months to a year. Flossing can't touch it. Brushing can't touch it. Eating carbs accelerates it. You will have to get root canal work done, which kills the tooth, That costs $300 to $750 or more. Then a temporary filling goes into the dead, brittle tooth. A crown finishes the job, another $300 to $750 or more. Pulling the tooth is cheaper but not pretty.

ask ur dentist it can be really serious even though you dont feel it

You need to see a dentist, these can either be small cavities, or staining, either way I would get it checked out. If its a stain they will take it off and it wont hurt
