People always mean?
Why do people always moan about NHS dentists, I'm not registered with one and was told to ring NHS direct as my wisdom teeth are killing me, a nurse rang me back within seconds and got me a appointment only down the road and its free. Could this happen in America?

Tax credits! Don't earn much money as I'm a chicken beheader and sell eggs. Under £9,000 a year you don't pay. Thats what I was told over the phone.
