My son is 8 he has been complaining that his tongue hurts for a few days there are little white bums on it.?
It's like his taste buds are swollen does anyone know what that is. or how to treat it. should I call the doctor or the dentist. If anyone knows a natural way to treat it please let me know I hate pumping my kids with all the medicians out today

Is it thrush (yeast)? You will need a dr apt for that. It looks like milk curds on the tongue.
You might also get some glyoxide if it is OTC in your state. Just put some in his mouth and then let it fizz and have him spit. It wouldn't help yeast, but it might help swollen taste buds.
