How much to replace lost retainer???
My brother took his out to eat and left it on the table and we assume the cleaners threw it away. His had two fake teeth on it too (because he had two teeth pulled when he had braces). His insurance won't cover replacement. Approx. how much is it to replace such a retainer? Any dental office employees on here?? Or anyone who has had to do this before? Thanks.

Mine cost $200 for the upper and another $200 for the lower.
